We are seeking a results-driven manager to lead the growth of our logistic outsourcing solutions business. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in logistics outsourcing, including warehousing, transportation and supply chain solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with deep supply chain understanding, and leverages industry experience and personal networks to drive sales success. This is a highly client-facing role requiring a consultative, solution-selling approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients for logistics outsourcing solutions.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for logistics outsourcing in Poland.
  • Position Adecco in the market as logistics outsourcing provider.
  • Identify and target high-potential industries and customers.
  • Understand client supply chain challenges and develop tailored outsourcing solutions.
  • Present compelling value propositions focused on cost efficiency, service quality, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design feasible and competitive solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Leverage existing network and industry connections to generate leads and opportunities.
  • Ensure profitable deal structures with strong margin and cost understanding.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Identify new opportunities and emerging demands in logistics outsourcing.
  • Position the company effectively within the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistic companies in different roles (10+ years) ideally within:

Logistics / Supply Chain

3PL / 4PL services – PREFERRED

Outsourcing solutions

  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex deals.
  • Established industry network and connections.
  • Experience in consultative / solution selling.

  • Suppliers contracting.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen (P&L understanding).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
