What You Will Do

·Develop cooperation with the Client by searching for new opportunities of providing Adecco services and constantly taking care of expanding the scope of these services (increasing the Client's market share)

·Plan, direct, and control all stages of operations within the client office to ensure efficiency

·Assist in the preparation and achievement of the annual business plan to drive growth

·Develop the team to be fully trained, enhancing their professional capabilities

·Conduct client service activities to increase sales and profitability through strategic actions

·Monitor and control compliance with contract provisions to ensure smooth operations

·Manage a subordinate team

·Manage temporary employees' resources

·Supervise the duties and responsibilities for the proper records maintenance of employees delegated permanently to work in another business entity

·Be responsible for the overall implementation of the ordered recruitment project

·Control and monitor compliance with all provisions of the contract with the Client; check the correctness and validity of the Client's invoicing

Your Skills

·Demonstrated experience of at least two years in a managerial role

·Proficiency in MS Office to prepare extensive analyses and reports effectively

·Ability to manage and lead teams towards achieving goals with strategic insight

·Fluency in English with strong communication skills for seamless client interactions

·Independent and entrepreneurial mindset contributing to business initiatives and problem-solving
