Join our team as a Recruiter serving one of the world's largest HR solutions providers. In this pivotal role, you will be the main point of contact for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), hiring managers, and candidates. You will manage recruitment efforts across several clients, ensuring performance meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while fostering a positive candidate and client experience. What you will do?
- Collaborate with Managed Service Providers using Vendor Management Systems to identify hiring needs and engage suitable candidates from pipelines
- Assess client requirements and screen candidates through phone and video interviews according to qualification standards, including pay and rewards
- Create job advertisements based on specifications to attract qualified applicants effectively
- Source candidates from the open market while promoting vacancies and preparing resumes for client review
- Maintain candidate information within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems, generating standard reports
·Maintain effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Your Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment for Germany
- Proficiency in utilizing Vendor Management Systems such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or IQN
- Effective communication skills in English and German
- Ability to establish productive relationships within the organization and discuss compensation details with candidates
- Competence in handling confidential information and applying critical thinking through data analysis
