The Role
The Business Analyst will play a critical role gathering, organizing, and interpreting data to develop actionable insights to the business.You will play a large role in operationalizing how data can be presented in a scalable and efficient cadence as well as build insights on the analysis you perform.You will present insights to stakeholders across all levels and all areas of the Coaching Services Team.
The Team
The role reports directly into the VP of Coach Operations with a strong line into the Chief Coaching Officer.
What You'll Do
  • Work with key coaching services stakeholders to define and prioritise reporting and data analysis needs
  • Analyse key data sets to extract trends and insights with the objective of driving operational efficiency across the Coaching Services function.
  • Present information in a scalable and consistent way
  • Effectively communicate these insights back to the Coaching Services leadership team so they can action.
  • Partner with product, data engineering, and other stakeholders to gain access to the required data
  • Create dashboards, reports, charts, and presentations for non-data savvy audiences
  • Create reporting and presentations for monthly and quarterly ops reviews
  • Own the quarterly coach engagement survey analysis
  • Train team members on using reporting and dashboards more efficiently
About you
  • 2-4 years working in financial or business analysis
  • Computer science, mathematics, information management or statistics experience preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach
  • Mathematical ability
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collect, organize, and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to a range of audiences
  • Ability to motivate others and lead change
  • A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
  • Strong interest in business and business development
  • A good understanding of information technology
