What you’ll be doing

The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a critical role within the strategic sales function, supporting the Large & Onsite Business Development teams to drive high-value pipeline growth across key industry verticals.

The BDE is responsible for identifying and engaging with relevant decision-makers, initiating meaningful conversations aligned to client workforce challenges and generating qualified opportunities for Business Development Managers and Directors.

Leveraging CRM, market intelligence and digital platforms, you will align Adecco’s solutions to client needs and support strategic sales progression.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive targeted lead generation aligned to strategic priorities
  • Identify and map key stakeholders across target organisations
  • Execute outreach strategies across calls, email, LinkedIn and campaigns
  • Qualify client needs and identify workforce challenges
  • Build early-stage relationships with prospective clients
  • Use CRM and data sources to track activity and refine targeting
  • Collaborate with BDMs and BDDs on account strategy
  • Schedule meetings and support opportunity progression
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking

About you

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Experienced in a target-driven sales or business development environment
  • A confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercially aware and able to identify business value
  • Resilient, proactive and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
  • Analytical with strong research capability
