Job Role: Go-to-Market Operations Manager, EMEA

The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and resourceful Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to join our Revenue Operations team, with a dedicated focus on the EMEA region. In this critical role, you'll serve as the local representative of our global Revenue Operations team, providing essential support to our EMEA Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You'll need to demonstrate strong initiative, flexibility, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
What You’ll Do
- Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review processes in close partnership with EMEA Sales leadership.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and insightful data analysis to support regional GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
- Act as the primary regional contact for finance-related inquiries, troubleshooting tech stack issues, and providing general data and process support to the EMEA GTM team.
- Serve as the primary liaison between EMEA and the Global Revenue Operations team, disseminating critical communications, processes, and resources while gathering regional insights and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with our Insights team to support the ongoing forecasting cycle and regional business reviews.
- Create documentation and deliver training for new hires on our tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach) and ensure consistent use and alignment with standard operating procedures.
- Oversee the lead routing process, ensuring leads are accurately and efficiently distributed within the team.
- Own global sales data clean up and migration initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and compliance in our CRM.
- Leading key projects and driving change initiatives across the region
Your First 6 Months
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our GTM landscape, encompassing our key metrics, core processes, and our systems and technology stack.
- Establish and lead EMEA-specific GTM metrics tracking, analysis, and reporting, while building a consistent operational cadence.
- Fully own the sales, marketing, and customer success tech stack, effectively driving the adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.
About You
You have:
- 3 – 5 years working in progressive Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations or a similar type of role.
- 2 years of experience working within a CRM
- 2 years of experience performing complex analysis using Excel.
- Proactive and positive ‘can do’ attitude with a commitment to getting the job done.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Proficiency in influencing senior stakeholders within a matrixed organizational structure.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively communicating and reporting operational data to cross-functional internal stakeholders.
- The ability to work across multiple time zones.
