About the role

We are recruiting for a HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to support colleagues from across the Adecco Group!

We’re looking for a proactive and confident HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to join our Central Advisory Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by supporting our branch and field-based colleagues, including both employed associates and our temporary workforce.

What you’ll be doing


As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering a robust and effective ER (Employee Relations) advisory service. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to provide expert guidance on ER matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting conflict resolution, grievance handling, and investigations
  • Advising on HR policies and procedures across the branch network
  • Contributing to policy updates in line with legislation and best practice
  • Supporting TUPE processes and consultations
  • Attending regional meetings to promote HR best practices
  • Building strong relationships with business leaders to understand commercial needs
  • Identifying trends and supporting training initiatives
  • Creating and maintaining associate-related HR documentation and toolkits
  • Delivering HR workshops and updates
  • Collaborating with Shared Services to manage temporary workforce challenges
  • Advising on performance and conduct issues, including disciplinary and capability procedures

Interview Process

Our interview process will be in two stages. Stage one will include a virtual interview, involving competency-based questions and a chance to meet members of the current team. Stage two will also be a virtual interview with the hiring manager.
