NE03831We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support the delivery of a busy change programme, with a particular focus on transactional TUPE activity, organisational change and employee relations.
The HR Advisor will play a key part in managing consultation processes, supporting programme delivery and ensuring that people-related change activities are implemented effectively, compliantly and on schedule.
Working closely with the HR Specialist, programme teams and operational stakeholders, you will take ownership of delivering agreed people strategies and provide expert guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters.
- Lead and manage employee consultation processes relating to TUPE transfers and organisational change programmes.
- Coordinate and deliver consultation timelines, ensuring all activities are completed within agreed deadlines.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of TUPE transfers, restructures and change initiatives.
- Work closely with programme teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of people-related workstreams.
- Provide advice and guidance on a broad range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management cases.
- Act as the escalation point for second-line HR queries, providing practical and compliant solutions.
- Deliver and execute HR strategies designed by the HR Specialists, ensuring consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and communications throughout change and consultation activities.
- Build effective relationships with managers, employees and trade union representatives where required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role within a fast-paced change environment.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of TUPE regulations, organisational change and consultation processes.
- Sound understanding of UK employment law and employee relations best practice.
- Experience managing a range of ER cases independently.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and delivery timelines.
- Confidence in working with managers at all levels and influencing outcomes.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is desirable.
