We are recruiting for an Internal Communications Executive to support colleagues from across the Adecco Group!
Location: London/Hybrid
Position: Full Time
Are you passionate about connecting people through clear, engaging communication? We’re looking for an Internal Communications Executive to help shape how we inform, inspire, and engage our colleagues across the business.
In this role, you’ll support the delivery of internal communication strategies that bring our culture and values to life. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to ensure our people feel informed, connected, and valued—whether it’s through campaigns, leadership messaging, or day-to-day updates.
- Creating and delivering engaging content across internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, digital signage, etc.)
- Supporting the Head of Internal Communications with leadership communications, including drafting messages and preparing materials for town halls and key updates.
- Managing and maintaining the intranet to ensure content is relevant and accessible
- Collaborating with HR and other teams to promote initiatives such as wellbeing, DEI, and colleague engagement.
- Measuring the impact of communications and using insights to improve future activity
Essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable using tools such as MS Office, Canva, Adobe Suite.
Desirable
- Experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
- Exposure to change communications or working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- An understanding of employee engagement strategies and measurement approaches.
