At Adecco, we are proud to partner with the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) in providing critical recruitment services for the UK’s Armed Forces. This new approach will, for the first time, see the Royal Navy, the British Army, and the Royal Air Force have a joint Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS). Delivered through a partnership of the MOD, Serco, Adecco and a consortium of partners, this service will provide end-to-end support from candidate attraction to assessment, onboarding, and Phase 1 training.
Location: Home-based, with travel to Adecco Group or client sites as required

About the Role
We are looking for an Internal Recruiter to manage internal recruitment for all operational roles for the AFR contract. This is a key role working closely with the Senior Management Team and HR Lead to identify workforce requirements and deliver a timely, effective recruitment service to our operational team.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who align with our culture and business needs, ensuring an inclusive approach throughout the attraction and selection process.
What you’ll be doing- Build strong relationships with operational teams to understand current and future resourcing needs.
- Collaborate with the Programme Director and HR Lead to develop and promote our Employee Value Proposition.
- Advertise all live roles on our ATS and manage candidate pipelines.
- Review routes to market and optimise application volumes.
- Organise and run selection events and assessment centres where required.
- Source candidates, arrange interviews, and provide timely feedback.
- Manage the ATS and maintain accurate recruitment data.
- Analyse hiring trends and provide reports productivity and diversity metrics.
- Drive best practice and compliance across all recruitment processes.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to interpret and present data for actionable insights.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
