The Primary responsibilities of this Marketing Executive role are to provide frontline marketing support to the LHH business by supporting the implementation of the UK & Ireland marketing strategy and plans. You will be involved in a wide variety of marketing activities from content creation to multi-channel campaign implementation.

In this role you can expect to

Lead generation

  • Support the Marketing Director to implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities and follow up activities to nurture leads through the marketing funnel.
  • Work closely with the data team to track and manage all marketing leads from click through to sale to report on ROI of lead generation campaigns.

Brand awareness

  • Work on external brand awareness campaigns and sponsorship opportunities to elevate our brand within our target audience.
  • Support in the production of our sales and marketing collateral that meet our current and future business needs including creating case studies, testimonials and other client lead generating material.
  • Manage all LHH UK & Ireland social media channels to ensure regular scheduling of posts to generate engagement with our target audience and drive inbound traffic to our website.

Content creation

  • Support in the creation of original content and insight to enhance LHH’s brand awareness and thought leadership positioning.
  • Create video and written content that promotes and highlights our brand.
  • Be responsible for updating the website.
