About the role

Join a dynamic global communications team at the forefront of shaping the future of work. As Media Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Adecco Group’s media engagement efforts, helping to build the Group’s profile in top-tier media and contributing to impactful storytelling. What you’ll be doing
  • Support the development and execution of media engagement strategies to secure coverage in business, financial, and employment media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and producers.
  • Assist in activating the Group’s Thought Leadership programs through media outreach.
  • Monitor media headlines and help identify opportunities to position the Adecco Group in relevant conversations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to surface media-worthy content and ensure messaging alignment.
  • Assist with media activities around financial communications events, including quarterly results.
  • Contribute to media tracking, daily news service, and reporting on coverage and engagement metrics.
  • Support reactive media handling and crisis communication activities as needed.
  • Monitor media sentiment and flag reputational risks to senior team members.

  • University degree (or equivalent) in Communication, Journalism, Politics, PR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in communications, PR, or media relations (internships and placements count).
  • Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • English fluency required; other languages are a plus.
