The Role
We have reimagined the way EZRA delights clients, at scale, and are introducing a new team of Operational Business Partners within the Operational Excellence function. The role of Operational Business Coordinator is accountable for the administration of complex client agreements and support in the coordination of group client projects.
This role is operational in nature and requires strong project management skills to oversee multiple small tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring contract accuracy, compliance, and efficient execution while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. This team partners closely with Sales, Delivery, and Finance.
What You'll Do:
  • Project Management
    • Embody and embrace consistent best practices on implementing and project managing complex solutions for clients
    • Contribute to operational projects to continue to improve ways of working across the business as it relates to client delivery
    • Drive continuous improvement in the client experience, regularly reviewing and iterating in line with ongoing financial and tax evolution
  • Key Priorities
    • Provide internal support to Sellers as they support our clients’ growth journey, bringing operational and process expertise to non-standard needs
    • Oversee the administration of client agreements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
    • Manage workflows for securing POs and approvals, track key milestones, and ensure timely follow-ups.
    • Work closely with the sales team to facilitate contract and PO execution, acting as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Delivery as required
    • Generate Service Order Quotes for accounts or individuals requesting coaching
    • Continuously evaluate and refine contract administration processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
About you
  • 2 years' experience in a project coordination role
  • Experience in contract administration, sales operations, or legal support preferred
  • Organizational Skills /: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in scheduling, tracking and reporting
  • Knowledge in contracting and centralized and decentralized billing processes
  • Proficient in CRM [Salesforce], Microsoft Suite, and contract management software
  • Facilitation interaction: Confident interacting with virtual attendees
