- Project Management
- Embody and embrace consistent best practices on implementing and project managing complex solutions for clients
- Contribute to operational projects to continue to improve ways of working across the business as it relates to client delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in the client experience, regularly reviewing and iterating in line with ongoing financial and tax evolution
- Key Priorities
- Provide internal support to Sellers as they support our clients’ growth journey, bringing operational and process expertise to non-standard needs
- Oversee the administration of client agreements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies
- Manage workflows for securing POs and approvals, track key milestones, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate contract and PO execution, acting as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and Delivery as required
- Generate Service Order Quotes for accounts or individuals requesting coaching
- Continuously evaluate and refine contract administration processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- 2 years' experience in a project coordination role
- Experience in contract administration, sales operations, or legal support preferred
- Organizational Skills /: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in scheduling, tracking and reporting
- Knowledge in contracting and centralized and decentralized billing processes
- Proficient in CRM [Salesforce], Microsoft Suite, and contract management software
- Facilitation interaction: Confident interacting with virtual attendees
