Summary
At Adecco, we are proud to partner with the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD) in providing critical recruitment services for the UK’s Armed Forces. This new approach will, for the first time, see the Royal Navy, the British Army, and the Royal Air Force have a joint Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS). Delivered through a partnership of the MOD, Serco, Adecco and a consortium of partners, this service will provide end-to-end support from candidate attraction to assessment, onboarding, and Phase 1 training.
As an AFRS Solutions Lead you will work closely with the AFRS Solution Design Director supporting the successful implementation of the AFRS Adecco solution. You will focus on solutions implementation, driving key workstreams to enable successful achievement of operational readiness within agreed timescales.
What you’ll be doing• Support the AFRS Solution Design Director in refining and implementing the TOM.
• Own and deliver to assigned AFRS solutions workstreams within the Adecco delivery TOM.
• Work closely with Project Managers to translate solution components into project actions and deliverables and support the execution of these.
• Strive to achieve consistent service excellence, effective governance and legal compliance in all solutions design and delivery.
• Collaborate with other workstream leads and provide solutions expertise to where required
• Provide support in the creative design, commercial modelling of all solutions and presenting to new and existing clients across the group.
• Demonstrate expertise in articulating the technical, commercial and operational critical dependencies of each solution.
• Collaborate with all relevant internal and external / third party stakeholders required to implement the solution.
• Deliver presentations to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and trends to inform the development of optimal solutions and evolution of the proposition.
• Previous recruitment solution design experience.
• Ability to analyse, design, interpret and implement bespoke solutions
• Ability to conceptualise, challenge and implement business improvements by enhance the value proposition.
• Highly skilled in delivering complex solutions in client facing environments.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, working as part of a dynamic team.
• Able effectively manage multiple projects that vary in nature and scope.
• Capability to effectively influence others at various levels throughout the organization.
• Able to prioritise, organise and perform multiple assignments simultaneously while adhering to strict and demanding deadlines.
• Ability to make decisions, monitor project progress, recommend alternative approaches and identifying & resolve conflict.
• Strong commercial aptitude
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Good understanding of industry legislation and regulatory requirements
