Ournext generationHR & Talent Advisory business focuses on helping organizations navigate the complex dynamics of organizational design, leadership, culture, and change.
The VP, Strategic Initiatives, is a strategic partner to the SVP of our Talent Advisory business. This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate at altitude, anticipate needs, drive alignment, and ensure execution across a dynamic, global practice. You willcollaborate closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, manage priorities, and help scale a new business line. This role reports directly to the SVP of the Talent Advisory business. While it has no direct reports initially, the VP, Strategic Initiatives will have significant exposure and influence across senior leadership and global teams.

What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
- Function as a thought partner to the SVP, helping set and drive the business unit’s strategic agenda.
- Bring a collaborative mindset, work with humility and creating strong relationships across levels, business lines, and regions.
- Triage and manage the SVP’s workflow and priorities, ensuring time and focus are aligned to the most critical initiatives.
- Lead or co-lead complex, cross-functional projects, and global strategic initiatives, from concept through to execution.
- Design and support operating rhythms, including success metrics, dashboards, and financial performance tracking to ensure progress against strategic goals.
- Prepare and deliver content for executive meetings, board updates, business reviews, and other senior leadership forums e.g. large workshops.
- Represent the new business line in internal and external meetings, communicating priorities and driving follow-through.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across the HR & Talent Advisory business unit and with other key functions across the company.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities through detailed quantitative analysis to drive resolution before issues escalate.
- Partner across the organization to influence direction, connect initiatives, and drive broader enterprise outcomes.
- Navigate and collaborate across global teams, time zones, and cultural contexts with ease and adaptability.

Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in human capital consulting (in-house or at a top-tier firm), with exposure to leadership, org design, culture, and talent strategy.
- 8+ years working across regions in a complex, multi-national organization.
- Prior experience supporting or working closely with C-level executives.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and lead multi-stakeholder initiatives to completion.
- Strong financial acumen and an understanding of the strategic levers that drive business performance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of AI-powered productivity tools.
- Advanced degree preferred.
