This is a rare opportunity to join the Global Enabling Functions Communication team, with responsibility for managing internal communication projects and providing expert support for internal communications across our global enabling functions. You will:
- manage internal communication plans for assigned projects, with guidance from the Enabling Functions Communication Business Partners. You will be accountable for stakeholder management, planning, content development and delivery.
- work with the communication business partners for HR, Finance, Legal, and ITD to support excellence in the delivery of their communication plans. This will include providing expert support for the management and production of Town Hall meetings on Teams, design of presentations and promotional messages, video recording and editing, intranet management and support for face-to-face events.
- liaise directly with the Communication Communities of Expertise (CoE) on the development of Content and Channels, ensuring Enabling Functions communications align with Group branding guidance and best practice on channel management, and are visible on the Asana planning tool.
- represent the communication team in management meetings focused on delivering effective communication, keeping the Communication Business Partners fully informed and seeking their guidance when required.
- Managing communication projects or campaigns to the satisfaction of function stakeholders and Communications Business Partners.
- Maintaining good communication with the Enabling Functions Communication Business Partners and managing your time effectively to flexibly meet their support needs.
- Advising the Communication Business Partners of any conflicts in their communication plans, or opportunities to share assets and resources.
- Upholding Global Internal Communications standards by following best practice and adhering to the Global Communication plan.
- Developing the reputation of the Global Internal Communications Function as a trusted authority on all internal communications matters.
- University degree in Communication, Journalism, Politics, PR or similar.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in communications roles in an international corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience creating and delivering internal communication strategies within a complex and international business environment.
- Confidence and experience in managing or producing communication channels including videos, Town Hall meetings, internal content, PPT slides for presentation, intranet design and updates.
- Proven creativity and design skills.
- Excellence in planning and delivery.
- English fluency – both spoken and written.
