LHH - CONSULANT ENTREPRENEURIAT - Lyon-17340Nous recrutons un.e consultant.e entrepreneuriat pour conseiller et accompagner des candidats souhaitant créer ou reprendre une entreprise, en adéquation avec le contrat conclu avec le client et en assurant la traçabilité de l'ensemble des actions menées.
Bac + 3 minimum en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie du travail
Expérience idéale en tant que créateur d'entreprise ou au sein d'un cabinet spécialisé dans l'accompagnement des licenciés économiques et/ou des créateurs d'entreprises
Compétences techniques : maîtrise des techniques de recherche d’emploi et des techniques d’entretien, capacité à analyser le parcours de son interlocuteur et à l'accompagner dans la construction de son projet professionnel, connaissance des techniques d'animation (réunion, groupe de travail, atelier, formation) et maîtrise du pack office et des NTIC.
