Global Head of IT Integration & Testing

The Global Head of IT Integration & Testing will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of IT integration and testing initiatives across the organization. This role is pivotal in driving the integration between Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office systems by leveraging technologies such as Informatica, APIM, and Mulesoft. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver exceptional value to internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and implement a global IT integration and testing strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
  • Oversee the entire integration lifecycle, from planning through development to deployment and optimization, ensuring systems meet business needs and user expectations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of integration specialists, testers, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration and testing.
  • Manage the budget for the area of responsibility and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in integration and testing technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Work hand in hand with local IT teams to ensure the right solution specifications and deployment.
  • Derive from the country roadmap into an IT deployment plan with associated resource planning, budget, and right involvement from external partners.
  • Participate in raising investments needed for both solution and deployment to the group governance.
  • Manage, optimize, and report on budget and expenses, with transparency on maintenance and running costs of the solution(s).
  • Line manager of assigned resources.
  • Participate in the approval process for deployment projects in line with the overall group governance.
  • Ensure the right approvals for the contracts with vendors in line with the overall IT governance.
About you
  • 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of integration and testing technologies such as Informatica, APIM, and Mulesoft.
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of integration and testing initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues with integration and testing processes.
  • University degree preferably in a technical subject or any comparable education
  • Proficient level of English

Please be informed the role will require a regular travel (between 20- 50%)
