What you’ll be doing
  • Drive the timely and accurate budgeting, financial planning and management reporting process for the Adecco Global Business Unit
  • Provide insights and analytics supporting management decision-making while interacting with Group and Regional Management.
  • Support the preparation and review of monthly and quarterly performance management reviews with a focus on performance management.
  • Develop expertise in the company’s primary financial systems.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal reporting standards.
  • Develop models to collect information and set financial goals to Regions and Countries.
  • Design analysis of current and past trends of key performance indicators.
  • Develop, automate, maintain dashboards and reports in PowerBI to enhance transparency.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into unified dashboards.
  • Streamline recurring reporting through PowerBI automation.
  • Continuously improve data quality and reporting efficiency through process automation.
  • Ongoing review of performance management processes, analysis, and reports.
  • Strong partnership with the Regional FP&A teams, Commercial Finance team and Group Finance team.
About you
  • Qualifications: University degree / MBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a large multinational organization within Finance or Controlling; Business management is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent professional English.
  • Excellent expertise in Microsoft Excel. Understanding and previous experience with Power BI (Dax, Power Query) and Gen AI beneficial.
  • A highly analytical mindset, skilled in dissecting complex financial data to unearth actionable business insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with a strong focus on project execution and driving results.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights
  • Strong team player, with customer-oriented approach, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to embrace and adapt to change. Able to work under time-constraints and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Occasional traveling up to 10%.
