NE03568This role combines deep subject matter expertise with end-to-end accountability for developing and executing integrated 360° communication strategies on Tech/AI or Talent topics for Group Communications at The Adecco Group. The individual will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor within Group Communications, driving both editorial agenda, content excellence and campaign delivery to position the Adecco Group as a leading voice in Talent, Technology, and the Future of Work.
This position will report to the Strategic Communications Lead – Tech and AI.

Strategic Contribution:
- Foundational Excellence: Deliver structured, high-quality, and measurable communications that support functional excellence across the organisation. This role will role model cross GBU and cross countries collaboration.
- External Communications & Thought Leadership: Support positioning Adecco Group as a leading and trusted voice in Talent, Technology, and the Future of Work through impactful external communication.
- Employee Engagement: Foster meaningful two-way communication to strengthen employee pride, motivation, and understanding of the Group’s strategic journey.
What you’ll be doing- Design, develop and execute fully integrated 360° communications plans across internal, external and digital channels.
- Ensure all communications reflect subject matter expertise, business relevance, and content excellence.
- Lead the planning and coordination of campaigns, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams, local markets and external partners.
- Shape external perception and elevate the Adecco Group’s position as recognised leader on technology and Future of work.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and innovation in Tech and AI to continuously redefine communication strategies.
- Establish KPI, measure communication impact, and ensure business continuous improvement based on insights and feedback.
- Academic background in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Political Science, Languages, Humanities or Technology.
- 7-10 years + of experience in strategic communications, preferably in international and matrixed environments.
- Experience of technology communications.
- Proven ability to develop and execute 360° communication strategies across multiple channels.
- Successful track record in leading integrated campaigns across internal, digital and media.
- Strong project and campaigns management skills, from strategy to execution.
- Experience of developing communications strategy including analytics.
- Experience in researching and strategic messaging development.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively across teams.
