About the role

The Head of FP&A plays a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing financial insights, forecasts and performance analysis. This position is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in coordination with business units.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management (Iberia President and CFO + members of the Iberia Leadership Team)
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including variance analysis and commentary.
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards to track business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies.
  • Work closely with the Iberia CFO on strategic Finance and/or Business projects
About you
  • Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting (at least 7 years).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle/Hyperion) is highly valued.
  • This position requires a results-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate embraces change, demonstrates self-management and continuous development, and has proven capability in leading and developing people, alongside expertise in project and change management
