SE00065On the CRM side: Drives the performance of the Global Sales team by ensuring high quality of data in the team’s SFDC CRM system and processes are followed. This includes the analysis of our data and uncovering process or data quality issues and proposing corrective actions. Drives pipeline health. Manages the more administrative tasks within the CRM world, like the timely creation of users or their deactivation. Manages the distribution and follow-up of any business requirements within our team. Supports business requirements raised to our IT as well as their testing. Helps with the creation/update of dashboards and reports. Related to our Client Master Data this role will support to improve client data quality and the follow up on corrective actions.
What you’ll be doing- Ensure constant pipeline data hygiene & drive SFDC usage.
- Manage User access requests and deactivations.
- Analyze sales related data and provide insights.
- Follow-up on IT / SFDC requirements and ensure completeness.
- Support of Client Data Quality and Hierarchy cleanup.
- Occasionally manage SFDC requirement, from raising requirements to IT and explaining the need, to testing, till training the users on the new feature.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the user community and support establishing best practices.
- Support team in driving sales related projects.
- Support the strategic enterprise-wide implementation of new and existing CRM capabilities, including in depth testing.
- 2-3 years of experience in a business administrative role in a service industry environment or an international organization.
- SFDC Sales CRM system knowledge important.
- Detail oriented, organized, flexible and reliable approach.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Excellent Excel skills and general MS Office.
- Affinity towards software and interest in handling multiple systems.
- Team player with a passion for customer service.
- Good communication and contact skills.
- Interest in working in dynamic multi-cultural & multi-disciplined teams, in a hybrid working model.
- A proactive and solution-oriented work approach combined with a positive can-do attitude.
- Commercial Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related subjects.
- Business Fluent in English. Additional languages an advantage.
