We’re looking for a dynamic, agile, and ambitious Marketing & Content & Engagement Specialist to support our global B2C/B2B and content marketing strategies across Adecco WFS. Reporting directly to the Global VP Content Marketing, this role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This hands-on role is pivotal to delivering scalable marketing support across digital, automation, and content touchpoints. You’ll lead multiple projects, from campaign execution to creative production, while building foundational experience in global marketing strategy, digital performance, and brand storytelling. You will contribute to enhancing candidate and client engagement, elevating brand presence, and supporting business outcomes through creative, data-driven campaigns.
What you’ll be doingContent Development & Campaigns
- Develop and execute engaging content across web, social media, and email platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and global guidelines.
- Implement SEO best practices to optimise content for performance and visibility.
Digital Marketing & Automation
- Assist in the setup and management of marketing automation campaigns (email journeys, lead nurture flows).
- Help manage and optimise candidate-facing marketing assets across Adecco websites.
- Track and report performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
Creative & Design
- Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to create visual assets for social media, email, and sales enablement.
- Ensure visual consistency across content in line with brand standards.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Juggle multiple projects across different regions and time zones with strong prioritisation skills.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams, local country marketers, and business stakeholders.
- Act as a proactive problem-solver who drives initiatives forward independently and collaboratively.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years’ experience in product or service marketing and sales activation within multinational environments, ideally in HR or related industries.
- Is highly motivated, curious, and eager to grow in marketing.
- Is comfortable working with data, content platforms, and automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar).
- Has experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Has some experience in video production and editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
- Is a creative thinker who loves testing new ideas and iterating for performance.
- Has strong project management skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Communicates clearly and collaborates well across diverse teams and cultures.
- Is open to occasional travel and thrives in a remote-first environment.
- Has experience or a strong interest in SEO and organic growth strategies.
- Has a basic understanding of HTML, Google Analytics, or paid media campaigns.
- Speaks business-level English; other languages are considered a plus.
