SE00073The Strategic Projects Manager will play a pivotal role in driving transformation initiatives across the Global Recruitment Centers. This position is responsible for managing and executing high-impact projects that enable operational excellence, enhance customer experience, and build organizational agility. The Strategic Projects Manager will work closely with the Head of Transformation, business leaders, and enabling functions to deliver measurable outcomes. Success in this role requires strong strategic execution skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and expertise in change management to ensure adoption and sustainability of new ways of working.
What you’ll be doing- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects within the global recruitment transformation portfolio.
- Partner with business leaders and functional teams to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Apply structured project management methodologies to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Integrate change management practices into project plans to drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption of new processes and tools.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively develop and execute mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and deliver clear project updates, status reports, and recommendations to the Head of Transformation and senior stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration across global and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistent execution of transformation priorities.
- Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices into future projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, transformation, or strategy execution, preferably in a global or matrixed environment.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with significant organizational impact.
- Strong knowledge and application of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR).
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
- Experience within recruitment, HR, or professional services is desirable but not required.
