Job Summary

The Adecco Group seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and support a wide range of HR operational functions. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll, compliance with statutory requirements, and seamless employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

·Maintain and update employee movement data in HRIS (e.g., new joiners, leavers, salary adjustments).

·Manage full-cycle payroll and claims processing, including gathering inputs, executing payroll runs, uploading bank files, and reconciling finance/statutory reports.

·Calculate quarterly incentives/commissions and bonus payouts

·Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and submissions.

HR Operations

·Prepare HR documentation such as employment certificates, salary adjustment letters, and redesignation notices.

·Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including access provisioning and internal announcements.

·Administer compensation processes, including preparation of bonus and Short-Term Incentive (STI) letters, and calculation of STI payouts.

·Manage work pass applications and renewals.

·Coordinate HR announcements for employee movements.

·Support insurance billing and verification processes.

·Act as the super-user for HRIS, payroll, and leave management systems.

·Be the custodian of HR documents and to provide support in internal and/or external audits

Qualifications

·Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·Proven experience in payroll processing and HR operations, preferably in a regional or MNC environment.

·Strong knowledge of statutory requirements and tax regulations.

·Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.

·Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
