APAC01022The Project Coordinator provides support to the Project Manager, internal program team members, clients, vendors and users of various process flows, training materials, change management initiatives, documentation creation and tracking. Responsible for tracking and communicating ongoing project updates and process modifications with the program end users.
The Project Coordinator will work with all parties within the program team to ensure that projects, documentation, and change management is delivered on time and a high-quality product is distributed.
What you’ll be doing• Responsible for MSP project support and coordination.
• Utilizes project management tools to manage, monitor, and track program initiatives and projects.
• Provide support with creating and distributing VMS reporting and data trends.
• Create and share quarterly audit results with the program team and client.
• Document and track regular updates and modifications for program SOPs, RACIs, and Process Flows.
• Develops presentation of data trends that are scalable for reproduction and provides business insight.
• Collaborates with the Project Manager to create detailed procedures; to include validation and quality assurance steps.
• Provides written explanation of results/trends to MSP Executives and independently takes the initiative to modify presentation of results based on knowledge of business trends.
• Uses working knowledge of various supported Vendor Management Software to troubleshoot issues.
• Uses customized and standardized situational responses and processes to resolve customer issues.
• Recognizes and gathers relevant information on customer issues/scenarios requiring further solutions and escalates such issues according to standard escalation process.
• Makes recommendations to improve efficiencies where applicable.
• Works to meet all contracted SLA’s and works to improve overall process by recommending improvements to Project Manager and/or Program Manager.
• Maintains and continually increases knowledge of supported software solutions.
• Assists with training sessions for suppliers, client managers, and program team members.
• Interacts and coordinates with the Program Managers and Advisory Consultants frequently to communicate questions and receive updates on current requisition activity
• Maintains thorough and accurate documentation of program processes and procedures.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
• EMEA: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• APAC: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a service level industry and/or one (1) to three (3) years’ experience in a customer service environment or equivalent.
Skills and knowledge:
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Possess strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
