Key SLT role reporting directly to Country Manager ANZ. Suited to an experienced Staffing Operations Leader

About the Role
Are you a visionary leader ready to make a significant impact at Adecco Australia? As Head of Delivery, you’ll report directly to the Country Manager and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, leading transformation, and delivering outstanding results for our enterprise clients. This is a senior leadership position, comparable in scope to a Chief Operating Officer, responsible for steering our national delivery strategy and managing our offshore Global Recruitment Centre (GRC) in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Delivery Leadership
•    Champion the delivery of enterprise accounts, ensuring exceptional client service and operational consistency.
•    Design and implement scalable frameworks that foster growth, agility, and client satisfaction.
•    Collaborate with senior leadership to align delivery operations with Adecco’s national strategy and transformation agenda
Global Talent Supply Chain & Offshore GRC Management
•    Lead and optimise the performance of our offshore GRC team, integrating onshore and offshore operations
•    Drive innovation in sourcing, candidate pooling, and recruitment support, leveraging AI and Adecco’s Info Platform
•    Partner with subject matter experts to refine workflows and embed new technologies
Operational Excellence & Compliance
•    Monitor and improve delivery KPIs: fill rates, time-to-fill, client satisfaction, and safety compliance
•    Champion work health and safety initiatives and ensure regulatory alignment
•    Uphold Adecco’s quality standards, audit protocols, and operational governance
People & Culture
•    Build and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development
•    Lead regular coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning
•    Embody Adecco’s values—passion, collaboration, inclusion, courage, and customer-centricity—in every interaction
Financial & Commercial Oversight
•    Own the P&L for delivery operations, driving profitability and cost control
•    Support commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and margin optimisation
•    Collaborate with finance and sales to forecast performance and identify growth opportunities

About You
•    Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
•    5–10 years’ senior operational leadership experience in staffing or workforce solutions
•    Proven success managing large-scale delivery teams and offshore operations
•    Strong commercial acumen with P&L literacy
•    Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
•    Familiarity with recruitment platforms, workforce analytics, and compliance frameworks
•    Confident, inclusive, and accountable leadership style
•    Excellent communication, coaching, and organisational skills
•    High emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness
•    Skilled at motivating and developing others
