About The Role
- Responsible for the prompt and accurate on-boarding of Associates into our payroll system (PeopleSoft & FastTrack), which involve follow ups with branches in case of missing or incorrect information
- Process timely and accurately timesheets, expenses and leaves, ensuring maximum level of compliance towards internal controls and applicable regulations
- Ensure payroll errors are resolved using the appropriate resolution journey
- Promptly escalate cases, system errors, risks and concerns to Payroll Team Leader
- Provide exceptional customer service through responsive, effective and timely response to queries via phone, cases or email
About You
- Min 2years of experience in a Payroll
- Sound knowledge of government payroll processes, including award interpretation
- Statutory reporting including superannuation, payroll tax, workers compensation, etc.
- Solid Microsoft Office Package experience
- Sound communication skills, verbal and written
- Manage superannuation compliance and administration
- Able to work collaboratively to solve issues and problems
