Adecco is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support the delivery of temporary and permanent recruitment assignments across government and related sectors.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys the pace and variety of recruitment, is comfortable spending a significant portion of their day speaking with candidates and clients and takes pride in keeping recruitment processes moving efficiently. 
Working closely with senior recruitment staff, you will be responsible for candidate screening, recruitment coordination, candidate management, reference checking, recruitment administration and stakeholder communication. 
You will play an important role in maintaining candidate pipelines, supporting recruitment campaigns and delivering a positive experience for both candidates and clients. Importantly, the work you do contributes to the successful delivery of services within government.

Key responsibilities
•    Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessment conversations
•    Build and maintain candidate pipelines across active recruitment assignments
•    Prepare candidate briefs, reports and submission documentation
•    Coordinate interviews, referencing and compliance activities
•    Manage candidate communications throughout recruitment processes
•    Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals and talent pools
•    Maintain accurate ATS and CRM records
•    Support recruitment administration and reporting requirements
•    Work collaboratively with senior recruitment staff to deliver successful recruitment outcomes

•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
•    Highly organised with strong attention to detail
•    Confident speaking with candidates and stakeholders 
•    Able to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
•    Responsive, reliable and proactive
•    Client-focused with a commitment to high-quality service delivery
•    A strong communicator with well-developed written skills
•    Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, HR or a related field
