About the roleThe Talent Sourcer provides market insights and consultation to the program team/client related to candidate, competitor, and employment landscape. Under minimal supervision, assists with the identifying and attracting candidates and building and maintaining a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses the needs of clients and enables the team to effectively meet expectations, and ensure a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates.
Typically, responsible for one or more client accounts that cover various complex roles and skillsets, as defined by the client.What you’ll be doing• Develops comprehensive role specific sourcing strategies to meet program requirements including search, engagement, personalization, content creation, etc.
• Executes creative sourcing strategies and techniques to identify passive and active talent pools.
• Builds relationships with candidates to drive effective referrals and networking strategies to identify top talent.
• Conducts phone screens with candidates and determines advancement in process.
• Executes against sourcing strategy and redefines as needed.
• Reviews and presents market landscape and competitor analysis to program teams.
• Forecasts future hiring needs and proactive sourcing potential hires.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.About youEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum three (3) years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Previous experience utilizing a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and/or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Knowledge of and the ability to apply the principles, best practices, and standards of recruiting.
• Advanced proficiency with electronic recruiting resources, such as customer relationship management (CRM) tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
• Expert knowledge of the internet, search engines, networking sites, job boards, and industry associations/niche web sites. • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Why choose us?About LHH
