About the role

LHH is hiring an IT Recruiter to serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates. We are looking for a dynamic self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be accountable for the recruitment for one or more clients, with a focus on meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations as identified by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates and our clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define recruitment strategies.
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment strategy from go to market through to contract negotiation.
  • Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Entering and tracking candidate data in ATS and CRM systems to track the candidate’s journey.
  • Maintaining effective, ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, in addition to candidates who are in between assignments.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress to build trust in the end-to-end recruitment delivery.
  • Assisting with coordinating and running recruitment events to support candidate attraction for the client.
  • Manage supplier partners and third-party recruitment agencies.
About you
  • We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in recruitment, ideally with experience managing multiple requisitions and working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments. It would be advantageous to hold experience in IT sectors.
  • Fluent level of Italian and English.
  • Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or CRM systems is preferred. Experience working with Success Factors or Phenom People is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, to confidently face off to senior stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
  • Able to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior stakeholders responsible for growth of their business areas.
  • Able to prioritise multiple requisition workloads depending on the business needs and candidate pipelines.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking based on in-depth data, substantiating information, considering/respecting of other's input, personal values and ethics.
  • Proficient use of electronic recruiting resources, such as customer relationship management (CRM) tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards preferred.
