About the role

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Content Manager plays a crucial role in leading marketing content initiatives by crafting compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice. Working closely with our Strategic Sales Support, internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), proposal writing, marketing, design, and editorial teams to deliver high-quality content that captivates, informs, and entertains our audiences. This position demands a passion for storytelling, a strong command of language, and the adaptability to create diverse content across various platforms for multiple target audiences.

What you’ll be doing

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leads overall marketing content development and strategy for Adecco US
• Manages production schedules, monitors delivery of content, and sets and maintains quality standards across all facets of the project
• Develops innovative and original content ideas aligned with our brand voice, target audience, and marketing objectives
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create and execute content strategies for different campaigns and projects
• Cultivates an understanding and remains current with the latest industry trends and digital marketing best practices
• Ensures a high quality consistent look and feel, upholding the highest design standards
• Produces captivating blog posts, articles, social media posts, emails, website copy, video scripts, proposal and presentation content, and other forms of digital content
• Leads strategic brainstorming sessions and campaign development
• Manages and meets deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
• Adapts and tailors content for different platforms and formats, maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Participates in content performance analysis and uses data insights to refine content strategies
• Supports the Director with client and internal team needs

About you

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven 8+ years of experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
•    Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail, design, and additional digital best practices
•    Strong understanding of digital content trends, web and SEO principles, and social media platforms
•    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
•    Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to produce fresh and engaging content
•    Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms
•    Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing styles and formats
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills
•    Adaptability to feedback and willingness to learn and improve

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $61,574 - $112,886. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.

Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.  PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
