NA06692As the Contract Administration Specialist, you play a critical role in managing the lifecycle of client contracts by reviewing, gathering, and interpreting contract details across multiple custom Adecco applications. You will be responsible for ensuring that client service specifications, pricing structures, invoicing procedures, and reporting requirements are thoroughly understood, accurately captured, and aligned with business objectives.
What you’ll be doing- Review, interpret and load new contracts, invoicing and reporting requirements into appropriate systems in accordance with documented procedures; manage ongoing maintenance and dismantling of client contracts based on changes in contract and business requirements
- Upload contract pricing, and screening & fee requirements into the Front Office system
- Performs daily audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with client contract requirements; researches and resolves audit issues as needed
- Assist in the storage and maintenance of contract files in a central regional repository and oversee contract termination
- Monitors, identifies and consolidates retail/transactional clients as needed
- Identify contract terms that vary from standards to ensure accuracy and compliance, recommend appropriate modifications, engage, and collaborate with operations, legal, branch offices, and other internal teams
- Subject matter expert on technical and contract issues regarding system capabilities and compliance issues
- Manage the Webdoc, (User guides on internal websites), review and approval process
- Processing Title and Rate Exceptions
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with internal team members, outside parties, and clients to advance contract compliance
- Coordinates with clients on the development, review and validation of new and updated service requirement documentation
- Participates in testing and debugging for new field system applications and enhancements
- Partner and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to ensure system setups are synchronized between platforms to meet data integrity and operational requirements
- Collaborating with internal teams to translate client expectations into operational requirements
- Client-service oriented communications and interactions

- Time management, multi-tasking, and problem solve skills
- Work independently or as a team on assigned tasks
—Associate’s Degree in Business Admin preferred
—Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience in customer invoicing, contract data requirements required.

This position is nonexempt and will be paid on an hourly basis. The salary range below has been annualized based on a 40-hour workweek.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $18.46 - $33.84 Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.
Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
