Reporting to the Curation Manager, the Digital Recruitment Specialist is responsible for candidate attraction and engagement through different (online) strategies, tooling and techniques, working closely with the Adecco Departments, Recruiters and Managers to refine, grow, and follow strategies that provide both a qualified candidate pool as well as a bespoke engagement approach. The Digital Recruitment Specialist consults on how to improve existing strategies, and provide feedback using analytics. They also create new strategies, using knowledge of proven tactics and strategies in other marketplaces.
What you’ll be doingESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
· Conduct and present market research on candidate data including skill sets, demographics, hiring trends, talent supply and demand reports, identity top target companies, competitors or talent pools.
· Train Recruiters in best practice sourcing and engagement techniques.
· Prepare and execute projects such as: email marketing, video engagement, career webinars, gamification, competitor organizational chart mapping, social media, talent communities, mapping professional and alumni association.
· Prepare sourcing timeline expectations and being proactive to obtain fulfillment.
· Perform queries and searches in (ATS) Applicant Tracking System or outside external platform databases for qualified candidates.
· Coordinate activities around pipelining for specific projects and campaigns across business areas and geographies for active and passive talent.
· Assisting with the creation of and/or creates Boolean Search Strings and making enhancements based on market response, needs and requirements.
· Conducting general, straight forward to moderately complex data mining, targeted searches, and outreach to various resources to source potential candidates.
· Preparing sourcing metrics and assisting with creating information presentations for internal operational and/or client business reviews.
· Entering and tracking candidate data in various electronic systems and runs standard reports as needed.
Job RequirementsMINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field or A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in direct souring experience or 1 year of exposure to Recruitment Marketing or Employer Branding.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:
· Experience in functional recruitment best practices in advanced recruitment.
· Expertise in both traditional and advanced talent sourcing techniques including full proficiency with Boolean search tactics, experience with a wide array of specialized sourcing tools such as primary resource sites, code repositories, groups, discussion forums, Chrome extension tools, job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, and web-mining techniques.
· At least 2 years of experience with computers, including in-depth internet knowledge and working proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, database applications, and ATS.
· Able to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
· Proficiency with external platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, CareerBuilder, and Monster.
· Able to utilize market research tools and techniques.
· Able to maintain a basic comprehension of and compliance with related federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations.
· Experience working in a national organization is an asset.
· Working knowledge of data and analytical tools, as well as the recruitment process and job boards.
· Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
