Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential clients
• Prioritize expanding our client base.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to comprehend their staffing requirements.
• Deliver customized recruitment solutions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Negotiate terms and oversee the hiring process.
• Ensure client satisfaction post-placement and resolve any issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Contribute to enhancing business development strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Manage associates post-placement, addressing payroll and timesheet enquiries.
• Achieve financial objectives.
Qualifications:
• Prior recruitment experience is advantageous.
• Preferred background in sales or business development.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Team-oriented with a talent for achieving targets.
• Proficient in CRM systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent relationship-building and business development skills.
