260000ASWe are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on managing client accounts, coordinating recruitment activity, and delivering workforce solutions across a portfolio of established clients throughout Australia.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day relationships with key clients
• Coordinate recruitment requirements and workforce planning
• Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines
• Liaise with candidates, clients, and internal teams throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure high levels of service delivery and communication
• Support onboarding, compliance, and placement administration
• Maintain accurate records, candidate information, and system updates
• Identify opportunities for account growth and business development
• Work towards KPIs and service delivery targets
About You
• Previous experience within recruitment, labour hire, account management, or client services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional and solutions-focused approach
• Confident engaging with clients, candidates, and stakeholders across Australia
