•    Between hours 6:00PM and 4:00AM 
•    6Months Max term role, possibility of contract renewal

About The Role
•    Allocating tasks to the team to ensure smooth daily operations
•    Ensuring that targets are met
•    Support any IR, payroll and WHS concerns
•    Provide accurate reporting and information to management and required stakeholders
•    Ensure all employees are working in a safe manner 
•    Support workforce planning and rostering
•    Main point of contact for escalations/issues 
•    Ensure all employees are working in a safe manner by keeping WHS front of mind

About You
•    Previous experience gained within an on-site or industrial environment
•    Volume recruitment delivery experience preferred 
•    Flexibility to support client requires as they run multiple shifts 
•    A customer focus with the ability to establish long lasting business relationships 
•    Capability to engage and communicate effectively to all stakeholders  
•    Be able to handle issues that are deemed sensitive and confidential 
•    Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment 
•    Excellent time management skills
•    Self-driven, vibrant and passionate 
•    Innovative mindset to promote continuous improvement  


**Availability and flexibility to work weekdays and weekends, due to business and client requirements**
