Adecco is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment delivery across a major infrastructure project in Perth.
This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and has a proven track record delivering high-volume blue-collar recruitment outcomes. Working closely with operational leaders and hiring managers, you will play a key role in supporting workforce growth and ensuring recruitment targets are achieved.

About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work onsite with the project team, supporting the ramp-up of approximately 50 blue-collar vacancies and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver recruitment outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
•    Managing end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing through to onboarding
•    Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for blue-collar and operational roles
•    Supporting the ongoing recruitment ramp-up across approximately 50 active vacancies
•    Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders
•    Building strong relationships with hiring managers and providing recruitment support and advice
•    Partnering with Adecco and Tier 2 suppliers to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
•    Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring recruitment activity remains on track
•    Supporting onboarding, compliance, and pre-employment requirements
•    Providing recruitment administration and general HR support as required
•    Assisting with employee relations matters through coaching, guidance, and issue resolution
•    Maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
•    Previous experience in a Senior Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Workforce Management role
•    Strong experience recruiting blue-collar, construction, mining, rail, manufacturing, or industrial workforces
•    Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
•    Experience working closely with operational leaders and hiring managers
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•    Experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment logistics in a fast-paced environment
•    Sound knowledge of onboarding, compliance, and general HR processes
•    A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
•    Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
