A great opportunity for a detail-driven analyst who thrives in structured reporting but is looking to grow into a more analytical and value-add role. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting while supporting the evolution of finance through improved tools, processes, and analytics.

Major Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- Reporting Excellence
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports for countries and business units to support performance tracking.
- Maintain working files for actuals, forecasts, and budgets to enable timely and accurate global results.
- Review country variance commentary, ensuring drivers are clearly articulated for consolidation and building leadership narratives.
- Reconcile data between local systems and the global reporting platform (GRP), partnering with countries to resolve issues.
- Support financial system updates as needed.
- Insights and Analytics
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Build models for ad hoc analysis and business cases.
- Proactively identify evolving reporting and analysis needs as business and group priorities shift.
- Partner with the Data & BI Senior Analyst on transformation initiatives to modernize global finance reporting.
- Country Finance collaboration
- Support consistency in financial reporting processes across countries.
- Act as a key point of contact for country teams, assisting with queries, reconciliations, and data integrity.
- Help align local practices with global expectations while being sensitive to local nuances.

- Strong communicator, confident working with both country and global teams.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively, especially in a remote or hybrid setup.
- Enjoys working with data and collaborating with others to solve problems.
- Curious and eager to grow in the analytics and insights space.
Required Experience/Characteristics
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in a finance, reporting, or analyst role.
- Advanced Excel skills required.
- Familiarity with financial systems; JD Edwards or similar ERP experience a plus.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to manage large and detailed data sets.
- Experience or education in data analysis or predictive analytics is a plus.
- High level of integrity and reliability.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a global team.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work the following hours: 11am to 7pm UTC to ensure overlap with the US team.
