As a high performing, experienced HR sales expert at LHH you are the one client turn to in times of need. You are confident in selling solutions to senior executives and will apply your sharp business insight and comprehension as you present LHH solutions to enterprise clients and prospects within the Polish market. You will have subject matter expert assistance across LHH’s suite of services, allowing you to provide prospects and clients with comprehensive and tailored solutions.

Role Purpose: This person will be accountable for converting new business; and expanding a range of

clients across LHH’s CTM/L&D solutions portfolio.

In this role you can expect to

MajorAccountabilities

  • As a New Business Developer Manager, your primary role will be to develop a sales strategy to source new business target logos and to increase share of wallet across a dedicated set of prospects.

KeyAccountabilities

  • Primary responsibility is to sell LHH's Career Transition & Mobility and Leadership Development services to potential clients
  • Manage sales process from account strategy, and planning through execution of the sales
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing LHH’s entire suite ofsolutions
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client solutions.
  • Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the comprehension of HR buying centers as well as advanced business skills
  • Successful sales track record of complex selling
  • Demonstrated ability to penetrate accounts and meet with senior stakeholders
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with prospects/customers

All About You

  • Proven track record in selling customized business solutions in a consulting environment — ideally within HR, talent management, coaching, assessments, HRIS, change management, outplacement or workforce transformation.
  • Solid background in both new business development (hunting) and account management, particularly in industries such as HR services, education, coaching, professional services, and consulting.
  • Skilled in various sales techniques, including face-to-face meetings, social selling, and delivering large presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow client strong relationships.
  • Good organization of own work and a team player
  • Strong capability in leading sales efforts, influencing virtual global teams, and executing sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills with a consistent record of meeting KPIs.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.
