Strategic Business Development Manager – LHH Poland,Career Transition and Mobility

We are looking for an experienced commercial professional to grow our Career Transition & Mobility business across Poland. In this role, you'll build trusted relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, and senior business leaders, helping them solve complex workforce challenges through strategic, consultative solutions.

  • Fluency in Polish

In this role you can expect to

  • Develop new business opportunities across the Polish market
  • Build trusted relationships with CHROs, HR Directors, CEOs, and senior business leaders
  • Position LHH as a strategic partner during organizational transformation and workforce change
  • Lead the entire consultative sales process—from prospecting through solution design, negotiation, and closing
  • Design tailored Career Transition & Mobility solutions that address each client's unique business challenges
  • Navigate complex buying environments involving multiple senior stakeholders
  • Prepare compelling commercial proposals and negotiate contractual agreements
  • Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasting through Salesforce
  • Consistently achieve ambitious commercial targets while delivering exceptional client value

All About You. You bring:

  • A proven track record of winning new business within consultative B2B sales
  • Experience selling HR, Career Transition, Outplacement, Talent, Workforce Transformation, HR Transformation, Organizational Change, Consulting, Executive Search, Recruitment Solutions, Leadership Consulting, Learning Solutions, Professional Services, or similar advisory services
  • Confidence engaging C-level executives, CHROs, HR Directors, and senior decision-makers
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Excellent commercial judgement, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • A structured, proactive approach to business development
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform
  • High levels of ownership, resilience, and self-motivation
  • Fluency in Polish and English
