About the role

Working under general supervision, performs recruitment and employee relations functions at an assigned client site.  Ensures client satisfaction through the effective selection and supervision of temporary associates, and upholds associate recruitment levels based on client expectations.  Performs associate relations functions and resolves any human resources related issues as required.

What you’ll be doing
  • Fills and/or places orders for temporary associates with branch offices. Implements recruitment techniques that ensure candidates selected have the skills required to perform the essential functions required positions. Solicits temporary associates from secondary agencies as necessary and supervises their activities.
  • Working with the client and the Partnership Manager, assists with developing a long-term temporary staffing strategy and budget.
  • Orients temporary associates to client’s procedures, systems and work environment as well as to Adecco policies and procedures.
  • Maintains records and processes timesheets/invoices for temporary associates, ensuring that they are paid in an accurate and timely manner. Meets with the client, Adecco, and, as needed, other staffing services to resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintains quality standards for temporary associates. Trains and counsels temporary associates, evaluates their performance, and conducts performance reviews and terminations as appropriate.
  • Administers specialized reports and questionnaires to determine service quality. Compiles and reviews results of client satisfaction surveys to determine where service improvement is required.
  • In collaboration with the Partnership Manager, develops handbooks and standard written procedures for temporary associates. Implements quality management and recognition programs.
  • Identifies opportunities for increased or new lines of business with client, promoting Adecco’s products and services whenever possible.
  • Acts as a liaison between the client and Adecco, and provides feedback with regards to the attendance and performance of associates to both parties.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, and annual headcount and other reports for both Adecco and the client.

Performs other duties as required.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with an ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Possesses superior organizational skills. While meeting deadlines consistently, is able to effectively manage multiple tasks, and prioritize any new tasks as required.
  • Proactive and able to solve problems effectively and rapidly using excellent analytical skills.
  • Proven consistently high levels of customer service performance, with an ability to build strong client and candidate relationships and identify opportunities for new business.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
