EEMENA01033Provide structured operational coordination and support for Application Management Services (AMS). The role supports key service management processes including reporting, stakeholder communication, supplier coordination, and documentation management. The position contributes to improving team efficiency, service visibility, and operational transparency, supporting the delivery of reliable IT services and strengthening AMS as an internal partner of choice.
What you’ll be doing- Assist in collecting and preparing operational reports and service performance summaries.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and records.
- Support performance tracking and coordination activities.
- Follow up with teams and suppliers on operational actions and open items.
- Support communication between teams, suppliers, and internal & external stakeholders.
- Prepare structured reports, summaries, and management updates.
- Maintain organized documentation repositories and shared team information.
- Support internal communication initiatives that promote AMS services and capabilities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, updates, and informational materials.
- Contribute to improving the visibility and adoption of centralized AMS service.
- Track action items and ensure follow-up on agreed tasks.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the AMS Leads.
- 1–4 years of experience in administrative coordination, operations support, IT support, or similar roles.
- Experience working in a team environment supporting multiple stakeholders.
- Experience preparing reports, summaries, meeting notes, or structured management updates.
- Experience coordinating tasks, meetings, or follow-ups across teams.
- Experience maintaining structured documentation, records, or knowledge repositories.
- Experience communicating with internal stakeholders, suppliers, or external partners.
- Experience working with spreadsheets or structured data for tracking or reporting purposes.
