This role combines data governance, source-system data management, analysis, dashboarding and capability building. The person will help design and maintain our KPI framework, build data processes that scale, and support our teams in using data confidently and consistently. Alongside this core mandate, the role may also support wider Group Communications projects, processes and strategic initiatives, where relevant.

This is a full-time (100%) position and a key role in shaping the future of how our function works with data.

Dashboarding & reporting

  • Build user-friendly dashboards in Power BI and Excel.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports for the Group Communications leadership cadence.
  • Integrate dashboards into our daily and monthly operating rhythm.

Tools, systems & digital support

  • Play a key role in the development of our data architecture.
  • Evaluate and improve how we collect, structure and manage digital data.
  • Support colleagues in developing their data literacy and using insights in their work.

Collaboration & transformation

  • Work closely with our function, GBUs, markets and external vendors to ensure governance and alignment on data standards.
  • Act as an ambassador for data-driven decision-making and support and be motivated to drive the wider transformation toward data centricity in the Communications function.
  • Collaborate with the Lead PMO on operational improvements, optimisation efforts and strategic or cross-functional initiatives when relevant.
About you
  • Minimum 3 years experience in data analytics, digital analytics or business informatics.
