About the role

Akkodis is a leading smart technology consultancy group for all sectors of industrial and tertiary activities. The IT Infrastructure & Operations Governance team is part of the IT Infrastructure & Operations unit managing and maintaining the Akkodis IT Infrastructure groupwide.

Compliance is a key driver for Akkodis as the company needs to comply with The Adecco Group internal rules, with industry standard certifications (including ISO 27001 and TISAX), and with customer audits that will often include IT I&O elements.

What you’ll be doing

The IT Infrastructure & Operations Governance team works closely with all the Akkodis IT teams.  As the IT Infrastructure & Operations Compliance Officer, his/her primary tasks include:

  • Ensure that all documentation needed for ISO/TISAX compliance is available and up to date for his/her field of responsibility
  • Participate to ISO/Tisax/Customers audits to present the documentation and show I&O tools and coordinate the remediation plans coming from the non-conformities with all relevant parties: IT, IT Security Risk & Compliance, business, and other support functions.
  • Participate to the Internal audits coming from The Adecco Group and work on the remediation plans with IT SRC
  • Work on the internal control framework implemented by The Adecco Group and provide evidences of controls already in place, raise risks for controls that can’t be implemented and work with the different IT teams to implement new controls or improve existing ones.
  • Ensure that all audit pieces of evidence are gathered and provided in due time, including by gathering evidence her/himself when applicable.
  • Suggest improvements in terms of organization, tooling, or any other topic that would allow to make audits more efficient and/or accurate.
About you
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a related position.
  • Good knowledge of main audit frameworks (at least ISO 27001).
  • Proven technical literacy in the I&O fields of server, storage, authentication, network, messaging, endpoints management, and IT Security and expertise in at least one of them.
  • Appetence for security topics and willingness to improve our security level.
  • Well-structured and organized personality.
  • Ability to design, document and communicate efficiently, particularly with I&O teams.
  • Ability to work as part of an international team and to build strong relationships with direct colleagues and other relevant individuals, including IT Security and senior IT leadership.
  • Ability to work transversally and influence in a non-hierarchical position.
  • Ability to work in English.
  • Occasional traveling up to 20%.
