About the role

As an IT GRC Specialist, your mission is to deliver technology and security risk management processes that enable the Adecco Group to better understand, manage, and mitigate business risks. You will ensure risks are captured, communicated, monitored, and treated appropriately. This includes managing the IT Risk Register in line with Group Policy, supporting country and regional Information Security teams, and contributing to the development and alignment of the global Information Security strategy with business objectives and IT programs. You will also provide clear reporting on the cybersecurity posture to leadership.

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage multiple compliance and security processes in collaboration with regional and global teams.
  • Support information security and risk management activities in coordination with the business and IT staff.
  • Review and evaluate IT procedures and controls related to Information Security.
  • Conduct compliance assessments of Adecco IT internal controls and Group Policies, ensuring timely issue reporting and remediation.
  • Oversee providers of enterprise security applications, platforms, and services.
  • Promote the Adecco IT policy framework and support user education and training in collaboration with the Group Policy & Awareness Manager.
  • Continuously assess IT environment risks, manage identified security risks through their lifecycle, and ensure visibility to management.
  • Ensure all audit actions (internal and external) have assigned owners and remediation plans, with timely delivery and visibility to leadership.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
About you
  • Minimum 2 years in a GRC or similar role within a global organization (Big 4 experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with IT Security and Risk Management frameworks such as COBIT, RiskIT, ISO17799, ISO27001.
  • Experience in international security environments and governance/risk management exercises.
  • University degree in a technical subject or equivalent. Certifications like CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CISSP are advantageous.
  • English – Expert level
  • Occasional traveling up to 10%.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build cooperative relationships.
  • Persuasive communicator with cultural sensitivity.
  • Capable of performing under pressure and managing crisis situations.
