About the role

Adoption and Change Specialist End User Technology is responsible for guiding the organization in adopting and integrating into daily operations End User Technologies and Tools, including M365, Copilot, etc. This role focuses on ensuring employees are well-equipped to leverage these tools effectively, driving productivity, collaboration, and innovation. The goal is to make sure our colleagues take out value for their roles and functions thanks to these tools.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and implement change management plans: Create comprehensive plans for transitioning to new tools, including training programs and communication strategies.
  • Provide training and support: Develop materials and deliver training to ensure employees can use M365 tools and Copilot effectively.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships: Build and maintain relationships stakeholders and end-users, addressing concerns promptly and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate adoption: Track adoption rates and user feedback, adjusting plans as needed for successful implementation.
  • Maintain expertise: Stay updated on M365 developments, collaborating with experts to maximize platform capabilities.
  • Engage adoption communities: Share updates, tips, and best practices to foster engagement.
  • Develop business use cases: Capitalize on scenarios to maximize tool value for users.
  • Lead adoption activities for various projects.
  • Organize and deliver workshops, trainings and communication campaigns.
  • Coordinate with different departments and partners.
  • Provide updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to improve adoption strategies.
  • Update the Copilot Center of Excellence with relevant content.
  • Support End Users via Copilot Support mailbox and the support Teams channel
  • Onboard champions and create focus groups for use cases.
  • Provide coaching and support to VIPs and key users.
  • Deploy and monitor licenses, reassigning as needed.
  • Manage and update different Adoption communities regularly.
  • Stay informed about new functionalities and tools, and update resources as necessary.
About you
  • Proven experience (3–5+ years) leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, particularly in digital transformation and Microsoft 365 adoption programs.
  • Strong command of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) with a track record of managing resistance and driving stakeholder alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver user-centric training, enablement campaigns, and communication strategies across diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 apps and Copilot, including translating technical capabilities into business value and productivity gains.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, community building (e.g., champions networks), and fostering a culture of continuous learning and feedback.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to monitor adoption trends, measure impact, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following: Organizational Change Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Communication or Human Resources
  • PROSCI ADKAR Change Management Certification is a plus
  • Business level English, other languages are considered a plus.
