About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist to join our Total Rewards team, supporting the VP Total Rewards Europe and partnering closely with HR teams across the Eastern Europe, Middle East & North Africa (EEMENA) region.

In this pivotal role, you will coordinate and support the implementation of reward strategies, policies, and processes across the sub-region. You will also play a key role in driving strategic projects such as Job Architecture deployment, Pay Transparency implementation, and other regional initiatives that shape the future of our Total Rewards framework.

What you’ll be doing

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the regional point of contact for all C&B-related matters in NEEMENA.
  • Support the annual compensation cycle in collaboration with local HR and Total Rewards teams.
  • Ensure consistent application of global reward policies and practices across the region.
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of Job Architecture and Pay Transparency initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmarking data to support competitive and equitable compensation decisions.
  • Provide guidance and training to HR partners on compensation tools, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Support audits, compliance, and reporting requirements related to compensation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on global and regional C&B projects.
About you

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and market pricing tools (e.g., Willis Towers Watson).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages from the NEEMENA region are a plus.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, ...) is desirable.
