Voice and UCC Service Manager

About the role

You will work as L3 Network support towards ensuring a high availability of network infrastructure for Adecco Group by proactive maintenances as well as ensuring remediations of Incidents and Problems are addressed within SLA. You will also be part of a greater team that ensures the Adecco Group One Voice remains stable, available and secure by following industry best practices for implementation, monitoring and repairing network infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing
  • Incident management related to Global and Regional OneVoice service in countries
  • Level 3 Technical Support for Adecco internal customers
  • Maintenance planning and support
  • Maintaining and updating of technical documentation
  • Coordination of the third parties, and local resources (Service providers, On-site technicians, Local Network Engineers)
  • Problem, Change, and Capacity Management.
  • Report incident status to Global Head and Operations Manager
  • Following of Escalation process for complex cases § Participation in Project
About you
  • At least Minimum of three years’ experience in IT Infrastructure is required
  • Strong overall IT work experience is required
  • University degree preferably in a technical subject or equivalent of experience
  • ITIL v4 certification
  • Knowledge on level of Cisco CCNA is mandatory
  • Proficiency in English
  • Occasional travel (up to 20%) is expected.
