Job Location - Singapore
Reports to - Regional FP&A Controller, APAC

As part of the APAC Finance team, this role will support the Manager for Financial reporting and Treasury matters relating to the APAC region. You will collaborate and support various countries, brands and Group Finance/Treasury on matters relating to Financial reporting consolidation, Dashboarding, Analysis, Cash management, Financing, Treasury reporting and Treasury process improvement.

While the starting responsibilities will initially be more reporting focused, there will be on-the-job learning opportunities and we expect the work scope and responsibilities to gradually expand as you learn and grow in this role.    

Roles and Responsibilities


•    Act as a point of contact for Regional Finance and Treasury matters. Proactively liaise with internal stakeholders to understand and resolve queries relating to system and process
•    Template preparation for monthly flash, quarterly forecast and budget process 
•    Consolidate, analyze and present monthly flash and APAC business performance against budget and prior year
•    Prepare high quality management reports and insightful variance analysis
•    Quarterly Business Review (QBR) deck compilation, review and analysis
•    Global Reporting Planning (GRP) dashboards checking and reporting
•    Support and understand local statutory vs US GAAP reconciliation  
•    Global costs and headcount tracking
•    Drive process improvements, automation and simplification
•    Assist in liaising with local teams for Treasury matters and for routine reminders.
•    Manage all APAC intercompany loans and to assist in coordination and basic preparation work relating to financing matters.
•    Collate, review and do variance analysis for the weekly cashflow forecasts and the daily collections submitted by the local Finance teams.
•    Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly Treasury reporting and perform general Treasury financial analysis of the data. 
•    Assist in bank account management for the APAC region.
•    Assist on an ad hoc basis with projects and other reports as needed


Education:

•    University degree or relevant work experience in Accounting, Economics, Business or Finance.
    Minimum 3 years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally with regional exposure. 
       Experience working in matrix organization across functions and geographies  
•    Expert in Power BI & Microsoft
•       Travel Requirement - None
